Role Purpose: The Senior Loan Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the loan origination and portfolio management processes, ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of our lending activities. This position requires a deep understanding of lending principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to make sound credit decisions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our lending business. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate the creditworthiness of borrowers, analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information. Oversee the management and administration of the loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Monitor loan performance, review portfolio quality, and develop strategies to minimize credit risk. Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and make recommendations for portfolio adjustments as necessary. Provide leadership and guidance to the loan origination and portfolio management teams Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional development. Participate in recruitment and selection processes to build a high-performing team Cultivate and maintain relationships with borrowers, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing their financing needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as credit analysts, legal, and compliance teams, to facilitate efficient loan processing and closing. Engage with external stakeholders, such as regulators and auditors, as required. Role Requirements: Proven experience in loan origination, credit analysis, and portfolio management, Loan Servicing. Strong knowledge of lending principles, credit analysis techniques, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex credit situations and make informed decisions. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team. Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment.
