Analyst - Product Management The Analyst – Product Management will be responsible for the development and implementation of product strategies to maximise profitability, market share, customer satisfaction and brand recognition. This position requires a strong understanding of current trends in technology as well as an ability to identify opportunities that can help drive growth within our Organisation. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills with experience working on cross functional teams across multiple departments such as engineering, marketing and sales. Responsibilities: Develops comprehensive product plans including pricing models/strategies; go-to-market approaches; competitive analysis and positioning; feature sets and road maps etc., based on input from internal stakeholders (engineering team) or external customers / partners. Analyses data related to products performance metrics (e.g.: Revenues generation), user feedback surveys etc.; recommend changes accordingly. Monitors industry developments by researching competitors’ offerings while staying abreast of new technologies. Collaborates closely with other functions like Engineering Team, Marketing Department, Sales Teams; ensure successful execution against timelines. Creates detailed business cases outlining potential risks associated with proposed solutions. Prepares presentations for senior management regarding progress updates or strategic initiatives. Your skills Proactive and Curious: desire to investigate, learn, share and advance our existing products, interests and possible opportunities Product Owner/Management Experience: past experience in the product management role as an analyst, owner or manager working with product and technology teams and with experience in work prioritisation and agile methodologies. Project Management Skills: Proficiency in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and maintaining timelines and budgets. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is essential. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive insights that inform product decisions and strategies. Proficiency in tools for data analysis is advantageous. Advanced Excel knowledge preferred. Team player and professional attitude: Persistence, resilience and being helpful to others. Stakeholder Management: Candidate must have an excellent and proven track record of having established successful business relationships with stakeholders. Evidence of influencing, engage with, and responding across all stakeholder levels with credibility. Customer Success Orientation: A focus on customer success and experience, with a track record of leveraging customer feedback to drive product improvements and adoption. Technical Acumen: Experience and understanding of the technical aspects related to product management and development. Salesforce and/or Software as a Service platform experience desired. Financial Acumen: Experience with vendor contracting, annual budgeting and spend forecasting with use of utilisation data and commercial and contractual understanding.
