BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer - Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire
The client is one of the largest system houses in the North West of England, offering specialised BMS services to their customers including maintenance, breakdowns, upgrades, and new build projects. They require a BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer to join the business in a hybrid role supporting service contracts and new build project commissioning.
The client partners with Trend & Cylon Controls, and their current work pipeline is Trend biased, so experience with the Trend IQ series (including IQvision) is preferred. The senior management team has BMS engineering backgrounds and a genuine passion for the industry and the business they have developed.
The BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer would be expected to carry out multiple duties including:
1. Service
2. Fault finding
3. Small work commissioning
4. New build project commissioning duties on Trend systems predominantly
If you only have a BMS service background but are keen on grasping new skill sets on upgrades and new project commissioning, this would also be considered.
The BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer package includes a basic salary of £32,000 - £47,500 with a car or car allowance (negotiable), pension, bonus scheme, and more.
This opportunity allows the successful BMS Service & Commissioning Engineer to join a local systems house, develop new skills within a positive working environment, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and work with Trend & Cylon products (training & development available).
