Job Summary
Overview:Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust seeks a skilled and motivated Band 7 Interventional Radiographer to join our dynamic team at Charing Cross Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a leading healthcare environment, providing exceptional care and expertise in interventional radiography.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform a wide range of interventional radiographic procedures, including neuro and general IR.
2. Operate Philips imaging equipment (Allura and Azurion) to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
4. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
5. Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.
Working Conditions:
1. Working Days: 5 days per week, with the potential for 7 days.
2. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day (8:30-5).
3. Rates per Hour: £33.64 (Day); £42.40 (Night/Saturday); £51.16 (Sunday/Bank Holiday).
4. Expected Length of Assignment: 1 month, starting on 30/09/2024.
Skills And Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in neuro and general interventional radiography.
2. Preferable experience with Philips imaging equipment (Allura and Azurion).
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
5. Commitment to continuous professional development.
