We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant (PA/EA) to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in real estate and a solid understanding of land registry applications.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
2. Handle land registry applications and manage related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
3. Liaise with clients, agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.
4. Assist with the preparation of property documentation, contracts, and legal paperwork.
5. Organise and maintain filing systems, ensuring all records are easily accessible and up to date.
6. Manage day-to-day office operations and support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
7. General support for the Real Estate team where needed

Ideal Candidate
9. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably within the real estate sector.
10. Strong knowledge and experience with land registry applications and procedures (preferable)
11. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
12. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
15. A proactive and can-do attitude, with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
Desirable Skills
16. Experience in real estate transactions or legal documentation is an advantage.
17. Familiarity with property management software.
