Ward Administrator | Macclesfield | Private Hospital | Permanent | Part-time | 15 hours per week | £12.05 per hour Spire Regency Hospital, Macclesfield is looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Wards Admin team on a part-time, permanent basis. Spire Regency Hospital, Macclesfield takes pride in providing a high standard of care to all patients. Working hours: 15 hours - 2 days a week through variety of shifts between 7am and 3pm OR 11am - 7pm Monday-Friday. Occasional Saturdays will be required Contract type: Permanent, Part-time As Ward Administrator, you will be responsible to provide a high level of clerical and administrative support to the medical, nursing and other staff in relation to the patients being cared for within the ward unit. Duties and responsibilities (not limited to): Meet and greet all customers and respond to incoming telephone calls at ward level and relay to the nursing team as necessary Ensure all patients’ notes have been received from the Medical Records team in preparation for admission Identify where x-rays are required and retrieve prior to admission using the hospital patient administration and other systems.
