If you're passionate about financial accounting, eager to embrace change, and excel in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of annual statutory accounts for multiple entities Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support the audit process Calculation of IFRS adjustments and preparation of Finance Board Packs Review VAT-related topics and assist with tax matters for UK and Ireland entities Promote and manage change within the finance function, working collaboratively with colleagues LI-UK Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with previous experience in insurance/re-insurance accounting Previous experience in the preparation/review of Financial Statements and liaising with external auditors Good working knowledge of VAT and experience of company Tax reporting including VAT and IPT Strong Excel skills and a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
