Job Title: Strategy & Operational Manager Location: London (Kings Cross) Hybrid 4 days in the office
Duration: 6-Month Contract
In this role you will concentrate on developing and accelerating the growth of the advertising and media products, shaping the future of advertising within their ecosystem and unlocking new growth opportunities for the company. This role requires a blend of business strategy, operational excellence, and problem-solving skills.
Design, implement, and optimise processes across the business to improve agility and accelerate innovation.
Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of growth initiatives.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related STEM field.
Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, business development, or operations within a large corporation or a rapidly growing startup.
Proven business acumen and strategic thinking, with a history of developing and implementing growth initiatives that achieve measurable outcomes.
Excellent project management abilities, capable of prioritising and handling multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel, and a demonstrated ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the talent to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging narratives.
