Job Description
A Senior ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant is a highly experienced professional who designs, implements, and manages GRC solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance and risk management for organizations.
● Understanding and translating business needs: Identify and interpret client requirements for GRC solutions
● Designing and implementing solutions: Develop and configure ServiceNow GRC modules, workflows, and integrations.
● Testing and documentation: Ensure the quality of solutions through thorough testing and maintain detailed documentation.
● Mentoring and knowledge sharing: Guide junior consultants and share expertise within the team.
● Client communication and management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicating project status and providing technical guidance.
● Project Management: Plan, monitor, and deliver project deliverables
Key skills/knowledge/experience: (Up to 10, Avoid repetition)
● Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including core capabilities, GRC modules, and data model.
● Familiarity with GRC frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001).
● Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex GRC issues.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
● Ability to work as a team lead within GRC tech enablement projects.
● Strong experience in Implementing GRC modules (e.g., Risk Management, Compliance Management, SecOPs & VR
● Integrating ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., ERP, HR).
● Conducting GRC assessments and gap analysis.
