A leading Manufacturing company that has been thriving on a global scale is looking to bring in a Marketing Manager to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join a company that offers a fantastic working environment and structure.
This is a Permanent role based out of the company's Dungannon site. It is a Hybrid working role - 3 days in the office and 2 at home.
Salary
Fully negotiable - highly competitive rate of pay for the role, which is negotiable based on experience + great benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a member of the leadership team to drive success.
* Develop the brand's strategic marketing plan, identifying budget requirements and creative approaches, and accountable to meet targets, deliver on-time and on-budget.
* Coordinate the development of high-quality, consistent, and customer-focused marketing campaigns, collateral, and digital assets.
* Deliver successful product launches by liaising with product management, engineering, sales, and business unit head.
* Manage brand equity and positioning.
* Manage planning, creation, and distribution of all product photography, video - including case studies, digital content.
* Manage B2B publications and other traditional marketing channels.
* Implement a content marketing strategy across digital channels, including but not limited to: social media, website, digital advertising, geotargeting, and email campaigning.
* Lead and implement website development strategy (UX + content).
* Oversee and implement comprehensive SEO/SEM strategies.
* Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, promote brand loyalty, and generate leads.
* Analyze and deliver regular reporting of digital performance and ROI.
* Identify trends and insights in the digital marketing industry.
* Work with the Head of Marketing on trade show objectives, brand/messaging, lead capture, and ROI planning.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism, public relations, or business; focus in digital marketing a plus.
* 5+ years of related experience in marketing, sales, product management, or related field.
* B2B experience in heavy equipment is preferred, as is experience working for a global brand.
* Proficient in using CRM (Hubspot), Website CMS, marketing automation tools, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator), and digital analytical tracking tools.
* Knowledge of AI use in marketing a plus.
* Strong trade show and project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle unexpected challenges that may arise during trade show planning.
* The ability to multi-task and be nimble to changing priorities.
* Demonstrated experience developing and measuring high-impact marketing programs.
