Payroll Assistant
Location Base: Huddersfield
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Support the end-to-end payroll and benefits process across 12 payrolls (a mix of weekly and monthly) and 5 pension schemes, across different employing entities.
2. Ensure all people data is accurately maintained.
3. Ensure payroll accuracy meets company standards and colleague expectations, with a rigorous focus on query and error management, resolution, and communication to colleagues.
Requirements: Our ideal candidate will have:
1. Knowledge of Payroll systems and expertise in associated software such as Excel and Microsoft Office.
2. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
3. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
4. Respect for confidentiality and discretion to manage sensitive information in a professional manner.
