We are delighted to be recruiting for a remote Premises Officer for an educational establishment who have sites based in various locations around Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire regions. As the Premises Officer you will take ownership for the maintenance of designated buildings & sites ensuring that staff and students have a comfortable, clean, safe and well-maintained environment in which to work. The ideal Premises Officer will have: Basic plumbing, electrical skills and decorating or previous experience in a care taking role including repairs and maintenance Experience of mechanical DIY tools including drills, screwdrivers etc A full, clean UK driving licence Experience of managing a maintenance project Knowledge of Health and Safety issues relevant to the post You will be provided with all equipment and a van for work journeys.
