Job Title: Senior Workday HRIS Analyst
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid Working 1-2 days per week)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Total Compensation: Circa £78,000 - £83,000 plus benefits.
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cambridge as the Workday implementation is ongoing. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, combining remote work with on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday HCM configuration, reporting, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
* Develop and manage complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM issues.
* Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
* Train and support end-users on Workday HCM functionalities and best practices.
* Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and features, and assess their impact on current configurations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday HCM configuration.
* Strong expertise in Workday reporting and analytics.
* Proficiency in creating and managing complex reports and dashboards.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Workday certification in HCM or related modules.
* Experience with Workday integrations and data migration.
* Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
