We are looking for a Commercial / Engineering Manager to join our dynamic and growing team.
Operation Manager - Key Responsibilities:
* Manage resource requirements for multiple sprinkler and wet riser installation projects based in London
* Coordinate between Sales, Operations, Engineers and Clients
* Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality throughout project lifecycle
* Oversee and support engineering teams on-site
* Provide technical support and advice to the estimating team
* Maintain daily contact with customers to resolve installation issues
* Conduct site and engineer audits as required
* Contribute to management reports
* Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify and implement process improvements
* Manage LOSC and subcontractor teams
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
* Apply knowledge of LPCB Rules for sprinkler systems
