The role
As an Extrusion Pallet Wrapper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient wrapping of pallets to meet our quality standards. Working closely with the Extrusion shift team, you will be responsible for checking pallets, quantities, and wrapping to ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
What you'll do
* Wrap finished stillages of profile according to set standards.
* Collect liners from bagging rolls and wrap pallets securely.
* Seal pallets with tape to make them watertight for outdoor storage.
* Apply labels and documentation to each pallet accurately.
* Conduct daily safety checks on BT trucks and lifting equipment.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to meet their needs and contribute to a positive work environment.
What you'll need
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A quality-focused mindset, ensuring all pallets meet high standards.
* A good understanding of products (preferable but not essential).
* Confidence and effective communication skills to work with colleagues and supervisors.
* Ability to work a continental shift pattern.
