Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication
2. Managing a busy diary of appointments
3. Organisational skills - managing multiple tasks to ensure colleagues travelling, meetings and the office run smoothly.
4. Data management - conducting AML checks and ensuring compliance.
5. Collaboration - working effectively with various stakeholders in the business.
6. Technology proficiency - using office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to a high level of competency.
7. Client On-boarding and AML Checks: Facilitate the on-boarding of new clients and conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
8. Diary and Email Management: Efficiently manage various diaries and emails across the tax team.
9. Booking travel and accommodation: Organising necessary arrangements for off-site meetings.
10. Correspondence and Administration: Handle daily correspondence and administrative tasks with precision.
11. Planning and Co-ordination: Planning and co-ordinating relevant activities for partners and the wider team.
We are looking for someone personable and confident, as you will be the only secretary for this team. Confidence is very important in this role.
