Key Responsibilities
* Keeping the sales ledger for multiple internal organisations.
* Liaising with Project Managers on invoicing
* Credit control, age debt recovery by e-mail and telephone
* Bank reconciliations for all internal companies and currencies.
* Responding to and resolving all internal and external invoice queries.
* Ensure adherence to month end deadlines.
* Assist Head of Finance and Finance Manager as required
* Ad-hoc Deltek data input as required by Project Managers.
* Creation of new customer accounts on Deltek.
* To carry out any additional activities that may be reasonably required or requested.
