About the Role
As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you'll play a vital part in keeping our store running smoothly. You'll be responsible for motivating and supporting your team, solving problems quickly, and delegating tasks efficiently.
You'll create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you, manage operations within the store, and handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
In addition, you'll provide excellent customer service every time they visit the store.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
* Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to keep calm in any situation
