Responsibilities:
As an Assembly Operative, your role will be vital in:
Performing fast-paced assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
Assembling parts, semi-products, or components according to plan
Using a limited number of specialised tools
Conducting quality sight checks or checks on functionality
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To thrive in this position, you will need:
Previous experience in a production operative, assembly operative, or shop floor position
Motivation and a focus on target and quality driven work
A keen eye for detail
Health and safety consciousness
Strong motivation and drive
Ability to build, develop, and maintain positive working relationships
Willingness to stand for extended periods of time
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be beneficial:
Additional certifications or training related to assembly operations
Experience in a similar role within the mobility or manufacturing industry
Technologies:
Familiarity with specialised tools or equipment relevant to assembly operations in the industry
