Responsibilities
The Customer Experience and Quoting Specialist is the face to our internal and external customers, they are responsible for ensuring Customer Experience is the core focus from initial inquiry to order entry to cash communication.
1. Responsible to receive, track all incoming inquiries from our internal & external customers
2. Prequalify and assign the inquiries to the relevant parties
3. Provide internal Sales & Service Support
External Customers Inquiries
4. Monitor & prequalify all incoming inquiries (understand requests received by phone, emails, or others)
5. Collect and document data (Contact details, system details, topic…)
6. Assign inquiry to the relevant party (Sales, Service, others…)
7. Support with end to end communication
8. Provide recommendations for accommodation & travel directions to Bruker locations
Sales & Service Support
9. Support with tender submissions including collation of commercial documents
10. Support by creating quotations (systems, accessories, spare parts, consumables, service agreements, relocations, repairs, & any billable service)
11. Work closely with the team of technical experts to ensure feasibily of quotes when necessary
12. Document Support (collect, fil-in, submission of external or internal documents required by customers and / or auditors)
13. Support the cash collection process : Communication with banks (Letter of credits, bank guarantees), invoice distribution (customer portals submission…)
14. Coordinate returns of defective material to repair centers
15. Close cooperation with the order processing team
16. Support for the same features in other regions when language permits, back-up
17. Development of excellent working knowledge of Bruker products
18. Other tasks that broadly correspond to the above tasks and objectives
19. All other tasks related to improving effectiveness
Qualifications
20. Language Skills : Fluent English, any additional European language is a plus
21. High school diploma or equivalent required
22. Significant experience in Business administration(minimum 3 years)
23. Hands-on experience on CRM appreciated
24. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
