Job summary Human Resources Advisor Band 5 : £29,969 pa - £ 36,483 pa, Salary depending upon knowledge and experience Work Base : Newcastle, with a requirement to travel within the North East Region 12 Month Secondment or Fixed Term Contract with effect from 1 January 2025 This is an exciting opportunity to shape and determine the delivery of a comprehensive HR advisory service to support the NEAS Group, ideal for an existing HR Advisor seeking to gain additional experience in a different part of the NHS as part of their career development. Main duties of the job As a member of the HR Advisory Team, you will be required to provide a comprehensive employee relations, absence management and HR Investigations service to the organisation. In addition to providing HR Advice and supporting Investigations, you will also be providing coaching, training, guidance, advice and oversight to a dedicated portfolio of stakeholders.
