The Role
As a junior front of house manager, you'll be a growing leader who cares passionately about creating a positive place for our guests + our teams. You will support in continuous coaching + developing your team to be the best they can be, owning your shifts to drive individual + restaurant performance.

* Are passionate about supporting your team + helping others be the best they can be and maintaining high standards.
* Are ready to run shifts, planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover + love working with the team, coaching on the go.
* Have an understanding of managing labour + rotas and ready to learn about the financial performance of your restaurant.
* Are great at recognising great performance on shift and celebrate this with your team.
