Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant nationwide business that has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Technician to join a great team.
Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be providing high-level support to users both on and off-site.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Providing hands-on hardware and software support for Active Directory, operating system builds from images, and troubleshooting.
2. Managing the tickets raised by the service ticketing system.
3. Installing, moving, adding, and changing equipment and software.
4. Maintaining the Client's Network.
5. Performing proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identify potential problems.
6. Providing reports as requested by management or by the customer.
7. Using remote software tools to monitor all the devices.
Skills we are looking for:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience performing level 1 support.
2. Detailed knowledge and experience of Active Directory.
3. Detailed knowledge of various desktop and server operating systems.
4. Friendly, welcoming professional with good telephone manners.
5. Well-presented, hardworking, and enjoys working in a team.
6. Possesses great written and verbal communication skills.
7. Works well independently and productively within a small team environment.
