In this role, you'll lead audits, oversee client portfolios, and play a pivotal part in mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage statutory audits for large companies, ensuring timely and effective delivery of procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, handling queries, offering advice, and managing deadlines. Review VAT returns prepared by the team, prepare draft accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders, and create management accounts as required. Train and support junior accountants, fostering their professional growth. Work closely with senior management and other client managers to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional client service. About You: We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. Essential Skills and Experience: Experience communicating directly with clients and managing client relationships. Proven track record in managing audit processes and meeting deadlines. Strong leadership and team management skills. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
