This is a rare chance to join a lovely family-owned business in Hadleigh as their Logistics Administrator. You will be part of the team in the busy customs and logistics department, assisting the team with the importation and exportation of their goods to customers. The main duties will be:
1. Organising Import/Export transportation, national and international using both couriers and freight forwarders
2. Preparing import and export documentation (training given)
3. Regularly communicating with freight companies, flagging any possible delays to deliveries
4. Lodging import and export declarations
5. Working with the sales and warehouse teams
6. Checking freight invoices

We need some good office experience backed up with problem-solving and communication skills. You must be able to manage your own workload and be happy to work unsupervised sometimes within the team.
