WHAT AWAITS YOU.
1. Set and execute the strategic directions of the assigned department.
2. Manage process improvement, employee utilization, and exceed targets.
3. Require strong supervisor/management/coaching and time management skills.
4. Manage day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
5. Coordinate and support warehouse activities for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, reverse, and inventory control.
6. Supervise Warehouse Associates to achieve the highest standards of Quality, Productivity, and Customer Service levels for BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce retail centers.
7. Advise, direct, and adjust the hourly labor force to meet or exceed all targets, including the direct assignment of work/duties for Warehouse Associates.
This position requires full time attendance at the facility. The shift for the position is either 1st or 2nd shift, depending on business needs.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
1. Bachelor's degree or business experience equivalence.
2. One (1) to three (3) years logistics/distribution experience.
3. Direct management/supervision experience.
4. OEM distribution experience.
5. Experience managing in a unionized environment.

Relocation is available for this position. This role requires full time attendance at the facility.
The expected salary range for this position is $57,900.00 - $95,500.00.
The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
