Reporting into the Senior Management Team, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for ensuring that daily transactional and reporting deadlines are achieved whilst maximising the use of their financial software. You will ideally have previous experience working within a similar position and will possess a strong understanding of the complete bookkeeping process through to trial balance stage and producing monthly reports. On a daily basis your responsibilities will include: - Bookkeeping to trial balance stage. - Preparation of VAT returns. - Bank reconciliations. - Processing financial transactions on a daily basis. - Operating in multiple currencies. - Daily use of financial software including Sage and Microsoft Excel. - Accounts payable and receivable. - Providing financial information at year end and assisting with statutory reporting as required.
