Job Title: Booking Coordinator
Location: 45 E & F London Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, TN37 6AY
Reports to: Office Manager
Hours: Full-Time + oncall duties outside of office hrs per month on a rota
The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and/or healthcare, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
We are seeking a dedicated, detail driven Booking Coordinator. You will be using our in-house CRM computer system alongside Microsoft programmes. Communicating with clients and staff is vital to ensure the smooth operation of our bookings team. As a Bookings Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in booking our nurses at the matched healthcare setting and location, building key relationships with our clientele and nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of incoming bookings from various platforms, e-mails and phone calls into the bookings team.
* Curate and organise bookings to enhance customer experience and promote sales.
* Assist clients in making bookings accurately for the week, month, and year.
* Monitor sales trends and client feedback to adjust bookings accordingly.
* Coordinate with management to assist in smooth running of the bookings team.
* Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase bookings.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings using our CRM software.
* Taking and documenting bookings via phone, email and face to face communication
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer services or call centre
* Resilience to keep calling and making phone calls
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using computers and Microsoft word and excel
* A passion for healthcare and/or recruitment industry and looking to go up the ladder.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on call duties when required.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Administrative experience (1y preferred)
* Educated to maths and English GCSE or equivalent
