About the Mortgage and Protection Broker Role You’ll join as an experienced Mortgage Broker focused on retention and relationship management. The client bank is yours — 700 clients, warm leads, and repeat business. Residential mortgages will be your bread and butter, with the option to expand into Specialist Lending (full training provided). You’ll benefit from a brand-new CRM, dedicated admin support, and remote IT to keep things slick and efficient.
