Job Description:
Due to growth and business expansion, we are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to join a thriving Powered Access Rental Business. This is a company who since launching have gone from strength to strength, with a strong trajectory for future growth & development, they are looking for ambitious, driven talent to join their small, close-knit team.
As an Internal Sales Manager, you shall be based in their new office location in Wakefield, and will be tasked with new business development, managing client relationships, alongside creating, and executing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Responsibilities of the Role:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the powered access market.
2. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients.
3. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
5. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Requirements of Role:
1. Proven experience as an Internal Sales Manager, Telesales Executive, or a similar sales role.
2. Knowledge of the Construction Hire/Rental, Powered Access industry is preferably.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
