In our Administrator role, you’ll be providing a comprehensive administration service to the Independent Living Team.
Location: Hybrid – minimum of 1 day per week in either our Rushden, Peterborough or Boston offices.
Salary: Up to £24,609.09 per year
Contract: Temporary – 8-month contract
⏰Your week: 36.25 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08:55 to 17:10, with a 1-hour lunch)
✨Snapshot of your role
This is what your day will look like as our Administrator:
- Provide a responsive administration service including minute taking, writing letters, updating spreadsheets and record logs, filing, scanning, printing and photocopying.
- To process payments for the service including setting up direct debits and processing credit card payments, setting up accounts and actioning any service cancellations. This includes contacting customers to chase outstanding payments.
- To respond to telephone calls from customers, contractors, internal and external teams aiming to dealing with the query at first point of contact
- To monitor and action all emails and enquiries received into the service inboxes

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work alone using own initiative and as part of a team.
- Confident, and competent to use digital devices, applications, ICT software and systems.

- Ability to deal professionally with all situations.
