Job Description: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential. Accountable to: Responsible Individual, Senior Leadership Team. Location: Nottinghamshire Hours of Employment: Full time – 40 hours per week, plus on call duties as required to meet the needs of the organisation. Salary: £45,000.00 - £50,000.00 - Salary will be negotiable depending on experience with an increase after successful registration. Organisation Overview: Are you a Deputy Manager who is thinking about taking their first registration? We are currently looking for a dedicated and child-centred Registered Manager. You will be fully involved in the recruitment of your own staff team and will have a say in how the home is presented. You will be fully supported throughout by an experienced Registered Manager, as well as having support from the Responsible Individual. If you do not hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, then we will enrol you onto the qualification as soon as you commence your employment with us. Our Children’s Residential Service is a relatively new arm to the Group; however, we have been operating for over 10 years and have a proven track record with the Local Authorities we serve, in providing care and support to young people and vulnerable adults. Job Summary: The Registered Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective running of the home, providing leadership and guidance to the staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting the safety and well-being of the Children and young people.
