Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
* Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and appointments.
* Assist with project management and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
* Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organised working environment.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar administrative or business support role.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
