Ward J15 is currently a 28 bedded ward, accommodating a combination of female and male patients. The post holder will be responsible for leading the ward staff and working closely in collaboration with the MDT across Specialty Integrated Medicine. J15 provides a great standard of quality care for all our patients and we are looking for highly skilled nurses to continue the fantastic work that J15 has already achieved in caring for our older population in Leeds so we are looking for a enthusiastic and dynamic individual with the capability to empower a team whilst remaining patient centered. Applicants will be expected to practice effectively & delivery excellent care in a timely manner to our patient group.
