We’re on the lookout for a Payroll Advisor to support our Payroll Team in delivering accurate and efficient monthly UK payroll services for approximately 2,000 employees. What Will You Be Doing? As a Payroll Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our payroll processes run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: Processing starters, leavers, and contractual pay changes. Administering and maintaining pension and benefit schemes. Calculating and processing overtime, commission, and bonus payments. Performing manual gross-to-net calculations to assist with queries. Conducting reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Responding to employee queries via the ticketing system, meeting SLA deadlines. Supporting the HR Operations Team and HR Business Partners with payroll-related queries. Processing court orders, tax codes, and student loan notices received from HMRC. Managing sickness and absences in line with company policies. Processing statutory and occupational leave payments. What Are We Looking For? We’d love to hear from you if you bring: Payroll qualification (CIPP or equivalent). Proven end-to-end payroll processing experience. Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation. Experience using Cascade Payroll software. Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP functions. Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach. A team player mindset with a commitment to delivering accurate payroll results. Adaptability to changing demands and priorities.
