What you’ll do
Vodafone Business Security Enhanced (VBSE) is dedicated to protecting Vodafone Business, its employees and customers. In support of this it’s essential that we provide a consistent approach to information security across the whole of Vodafone Business. VBSE collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across Vodafone, Partners and Customers to ensure the design, delivery, security, reliability and availability of our services are fit for the future and align to local and enterprise wide policy.
Working on key accounts, you will act as a Security Officer, managing our customers’ Information and Cybersecurity requirements within Vodafone, providing security leadership, technical insight, and ensuring that security is an enabler that supports Vodafone and its customers. The Customer Account Security Manager (CASM) will be the single Vodafone point of contact for security for the customer and will ensure the successful delivery of security services, as per the Master Service Agreement.
1. Single point of contact for all customer security matters relating to Vodafone
2. Monitoring and maintaining compliance to all contractual security obligations, including agreed reporting. Participate in customer security forums and provide management oversight of client security audits
3. Collaborate with all Vodafone Lines of Business to champion our customers' current and evolving security posture
4. Security & Risk assessment, audit and management of major change
5. Support account enquiries (Commercial / Service / Technical), identify security opportunities, and provide bid support
Who you are
1. Previous track record in managing customers within a Security team, personally delivering security advice, reporting and guidance to clients
2. Good understanding of current and future Security landscapes and the challenges faced within changing regulatory and legal frameworks
3. Demonstrable technical security depth of knowledge in a variety of technical areas, e.g. DDoS, firewalls, PAM, SIEM, Cloud, Network, Applications and operating systems etc.
4. Must own, champion and proactively deliver against security obligations, providing regular accurate reporting on security status, risks and issues
5. CCP, CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent (or willing to achieve one or more) or industry experience within a Security team
6. Must be capable of achieving relevant Security Clearance, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification
