About the role
Reporting to the Business Support Team Leader, the post holder has an important role in delivering a highly skilled, dedicated business administration and processing function for the entire organisation. Business Support Assistants will support colleagues across all teams to provide a service that is focussed on delivering a high quality customer experience. Core areas of support include: landlord services such as tenancy and income management, allocations/lettings and maintenance; development and factoring; finance; and general corporate and business administration.
