Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £150 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across various subjects and age groups. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment. Follow lesson plans provided by the permanent teacher or create your own when necessary. Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their development. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity in students' learning experiences. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required. Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience in teaching, preferably in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs. Strong classroom management skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of the UK National Curriculum. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Proficient in using technology in the classroom. Strong organisational and time management skills. Passion for education and a commitment to student success. Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field. Experience working with SEN students. Additional subject specialisms or certifications. Working Conditions: Full-time contract position with regular working hours. Work primarily in a school setting.
