We are currently recruiting for an experienced HSEQ Coordinator to join our Wireless division within Circet UK.
This role supports the HSE Manager with the application of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management. The role will support with data processing and administration of HSE systems (EG Adverse Events, Facilities Management, Audits, Non-Conformances) to ensure continual improvement and organisational adherence to ever-changing legal, regulatory and industry requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Support with HSE Investigations (EG gathering evidence, liaising with required parties etc.)
* Support with the planning, processing and completion of any Facilities Management / Building Maintenance needs
* Maintain the Premises Register including documented records of all required statutory inspections, servicing and Maintenance.
* Ensure that HSEQT Noticeboards, Posters and Displays in each building remain up to date
* Ensure that DSE Self Assessments are issued, completed and any required actions are communicated to relevant parties and completed
* Ensure that DSE Eye Care Vouchers are correctly requested, issued and recorded for required employees
* Support in the maintenance of appropriate stock levels for PPE, corporate clothing and Health and Safety Equipment
* Ensure that Corporate Clothing, PPE as well as Health and Safety Equipment is issued, signed for and recorded (as required)
* Be the MBNL Locken Smart Access (LSA) administrator for Circet Wireless Ltd, including:
o Adding, Editing and Removing Users from the MBNL MyLocken System
o Assigning, Editing and Deactivating Locken Keys
* Support with the HSEQ elements of the Company Induction Process
* Support with the HSEQ elements of Onboarding, Management and Offboarding of Contractors
* Support with the compilation and recording of HSEQ Statistics and Key Performance Indicators
* Take minutes / notes of HSEQT Meetings and record any actions
* Support with HSE Workshops and Training Sessions
* Act as an Emergency and Wellbeing Responder (EWR) for the building
* Complete and record Weekly Fire Alarm Call Point Tests for the building
* Complete and record Monthly Emergency Lighting Short Duration Tests for required buildings
* Complete and record Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Legionella Checks (Including Water Temperature Checks, Water Component Flushing Checks and Water System Cleaning Checks)
* Complete and record EWR Checklists for required premises every month
* Other duties as reasonably assigned
