Customer Support Agent - Financial Services - Remote role
Pertemps is currently recruiting for Customer Support Agents with experience working within a financial services background.
Salary: £26,000
Contract: Temp - Perm after 12 weeks (REMOTE)
Hours: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm (1 8am-6pm shift a month)
Duties:
1. Process inbound calls from customers and deal with these calls correctly and accurately with a high level of professionalism.
2. Process outbound calls to customers, contacting them for due and overdue accounts to assist with payment and arrangements within the affordable guideline.
3. Record all customer contact notes accurately on the system.
4. Achieve affordable payment plans for customers to assist them and repatriate where possible.
5. Accountable for reducing default and delinquency for all assigned accounts.
6. Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers.
7. Ensure all customer outcomes are within regulation and to the benefit of both the customer and the business.
8. Meet defined department Quality Assurance metrics (KPIs, SLA).
Requirements:
1. The candidate must have experience in the financial service industry or collections/recoveries.
2. Experience of working within the FCA guidelines.
3. Knowledge and experience in dealing with vulnerable customers.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Focus on quality customer service.
