This organisation is seeking a corporate receptionist to join their team. They're a successful business who care about their customers and employees. They are externally recognised for their efforts at looking after their employees too.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing front-of-house cover to a busy office. This includes providing excellent service to their customers and ensuring that they have a great customer experience, both face-to-face and over the phone. You will be handling all iing queries, passing on messages, setting up meeting rooms, meeting and greeting visitors and handling the post. You will also be responsible for providing administration support to the team when needed, including filing, scanning, ordering stationery, opening and closing files and any other ad-hoc duties required by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a receptionist or in a front-of-house position will help you succeed. Ideally, you wille from a professional services/corporate background. You are passionate about providing excellent service and always strive to ensure you have done the most for the customer. You're personable and professional, well-presented and can multitask well. You're an excellentmunicator and confident to liaise with varying levels of the business and senior customers.
