An esteemed independent multidisciplinary Construction and Property Consultancy, recognized for its excellence across the UK, is seeking a dynamic Associate Construction Project Manager to lead and expand its Leeds division.
The Associate Construction Project Manager
As the incoming Associate Construction Project Manager, you will take charge of a highly visible project involving the redevelopment of existing TV and Film studios and the creation of a new production village in Hartlepool.
In this pivotal role, you will also spearhead collaborations with a prestigious client on various commercial projects, directly influencing the future of the company's Project Management division.

The successful Associate Project Manager may be from a strictly project management or quantity surveying background but will be comfortable with a traditional Employers Agent PM role. Working out of the Leeds office 3x days per week and from home the remainder.
The Associate Construction Project Manager
Will have:
1. Must be MRICS or MCIOB, demonstrating a high level of professional competence.
2. Holds a BSc/MSc in Construction Related Field
3. Has strong business development skills and an urge to assist with expanding the consultancy's reach and influence.
4. Is enthusiastic about building and strengthening the Project Management side for the Leeds office, including team development and client engagement.
5. MUST HAVE: Previous Project Management experience with a UK Consultancy
