Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a band 6 CPN who has a strong sense of initiative and an excellent team working ability to join us at Sittingbourne Memorial Hospital in Sittingbourne. This comes at a time of transformation in mental health services under the community mental health framework and will give the successful candidate opportunities to work within mental health, together where there are new treatment pathways set up with different interventions being offered to service users. This role will allow the clinician to focus on delivering these, but also develop skills in working with the wider population. The post holder will receive support from an established team and regular supervision. Main duties of the job Mental Health Services Nationally are undergoing significant transformation under the Community Mental Health Framework. The role would include being involved in the assessment and management of clients with various mental health conditions. Training and support will be provided for this.
