This position pays £12.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and announce them to the appropriate host.
Answer all incoming calls professionally and in a timely manner.
Efficiently handle enquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
Manage meeting rooms, including setting up refreshments and ordering catering.
Receive and manage deliveries to the office.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
