You will be joining a small team providing Fleet administrative support to the Council's Transport Repair Unit. You will assist the Transport Repair Unit (TRU) in day-to-day administration, supporting Fleet maintenance operations, maintaining compliance, scheduling, dealing with phone calls and emails and producing data for local monthly performance indicators. Interviews are scheduled to take place on Thursday 10th April 2025. About You You will need to be skilled in the use of computerised systems and possess good keyboard skills. Numeracy, organisational skills and conscientiousness are a must. You must have a customer orientated approach and excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing work requirements, happy to take on whatever comes up, whenever it comes up whilst remaining calm, positive, and cheerful.
