Noodle Talent Partners are delighted to be supporting a growing organisation in the Financial Services sector who are passionate about giving back to the community, recruiting the position of Senior Finance Administrator and looking for a proactive and diligent individual to support the business with financial administration and management of commission payments for their teams, as an integral part of the team.
This is a Permanent, full time position, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Based in the office on the outskirts of Norwich with free parking on-site.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and take the lead on finance administration tasks and processes surrounding commission statements and charity contributions, ensuring all systems are updated correctly.
2. Creation and processing of commission statements and remittance statements.
3. Updating pipeline trackers.
4. Administration of charity finances and deductions.
5. Administration of introducer and other deductions.
6. Finalising all statements ready for bank payments to be conducted.
7. Handling queries and any issues surrounding statements and payments.
8. Reporting and auditing of pipeline to identify discrepancies and monitor KPI's.
9. Managing internal records accurately.
10. Reconciling banking on Xero.
11. Supporting other staff as required including any ad-hoc training required for the commission processes.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
1. Existing experience in a financial role with exposure to commission handling.
2. Friendly demeanour and ability to work well with others.
3. A strong work ethic and interest in professional development.
4. Strong communication skills and responsible to raise problems as needed, confident managing issues.
5. Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
6. High levels of accuracy and diligence.
7. Strong numerical and literacy skills including professional written communication.
8. Sound commercial awareness.
9. Ability to self-manage workload and use initiative to problem solve.
10. Process-driven and methodical work approach with strong organisation skills.
11. Ability to work in a confidential manner.
