Purpose of the Role:
The New Business & Partnerships Coordinator will have an involvement at all levels of the lifecycle of partnerships, from identifying potential partners and assisting with negotiations to executing collaborative projects and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring all partnerships align with the company's strategic objectives while tracking performance metrics and adapting strategies to maximize partner engagement and satisfaction; essentially acting as the central point of contact for all partnership activities.
Key responsibilities & Accountabilities:
* Assist the Commercial team with all aspects of LET partnerships activity, including delivery of a range of contractual rights (use of IP, tickets, hospitality, Pro-Ams, branding, digital, events etc).
* Researching and identifying potential partners that align with the company's goals and target audience.
* Working with our design team to create partnership proposals outlining the benefits and value proposition for potential partners.
* Assist in negotiating partnership terms and conditions, including contracts and deliverables.
* Liaise with LET partners on a regular basis to develop strong relationships and lines of communication in order to maximise the value of the partnerships.
* Overseeing the implementation of partnership initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
* Assist with reporting, rights tracking, invoicing and other administrative tasks associated with partnerships activity.
* Planning and coordinating events to facilitate partner engagement and collaboration. Attend tournaments as required to deliver partner rights and support the wider LET team with operational duties.
* Support Head of LET Properties & New Business with key partner activations and campaigns.
* Maintain an updated database of partner information, including contact details and partnership agreements.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
A sound knowledge of golf and the global landscape is essential for this role. The applicant does not necessarily need to play golf but must have an in-depth understanding and experience of working in the sports industry and golf specifically. Experience of working on international events and tournament logistics are also essential. The applicant will need experience in working across multiple internal departments and with a wide range of external stakeholders, including venues, promoters, sponsors, athletes, media etc. Understanding the philosophy of the LET and Solheim Cup and developing key relationships are key to the job holder successfully picking up this role at speed and executing the tasks competently.

Technical:
* Office 365 including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook to intermediate and/or advanced level is essential.
