As our next Sub Agent, you’ll be leading our Caledonia Water Alliance contract. As a Sub Agent working on our Caledonia Water Alliance contract, you will be part of our Operations Team who are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our water infrastructure and civil engineering projects. Your remit will be to lead a team of engineers and manage the site works on programme.
Caledonia Water is a Joint Venture alliance between Aecom and Morrison Water Services to support the delivery of Scottish Water's SR21 Capital Investment programme and is responsible for the delivery of a £700M water and wastewater infrastructure programme over a 6-year alliance framework.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be proactive and have a strong focus on Health & Safety and quality. Working with a team of dedicated professionals, you will be responsible for ensuring all sites are compliant with company SHEQ policy and procedures. Integrity and a positive attitude towards dealing with members of the public are crucial in this role.

Your remit would be to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and maintain a positive approach to dealing with the public. This role is instrumental in the successful delivery of our projects.
The Key Requirements...
- HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Civil engineering experience including pipelaying, deep excavation, temporary works & streetworks
- Knowledge of relevant H&S Legislation and NRSWA
- SMSTS
- NRSWA Supervisor
- CSCS Supervisory Card
- EUSR Water Hygiene & SW DOMS
- First Aid at Work
- Knowledge of construction standards and specifications
