We are recruiting a Grants Manager for a fantastic organisation based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience within Grants.\n\nThis is a 9 month contract, full time, some hybrid working.\n\nDuties:\n\nManage relationships with applicants.\nManage relationship with Panel members and external peer reviewers, including reviewing panel membership needs on annual basis, identifying and recruiting new members in line with diversity, equity and inclusion principles.\nConduct all areas of the selection process.\nAct as Committee secretary supporting the Chair and panel.\nCarry-out post-Panel meeting outcomes, including preparing Grants Committee paperwork, preparing and issuing Award Letters, reviewing award financial breakdowns, setting up awards and payment profiles.\nMonitor progress of individual grants and manage individual case work decisions.\nClose Grants.\nProvide payment profile information for payment authorisation and assist budgeting and forecasting.\nRecord keeping.You:\n\nExperience of working in a finance department and/or in a grant management environment.\nExperience of using Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel, Teams & SharePoint)\nExperience of working to timetables and meeting strict deadlines.\nStrong attention to detail and meticulous record keeping.\nStrong numeric and IT skills.\nExcellent organisational and time management skills.\nScience degree is desirable.Successful candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.\n\nPlease note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
