An excellent opportunity has arisen for a permanent Estate Manager to join our client in a prestigious private Estate.
Working alongside the current post holder, the successful candidate will be required to:
1. Oversee the staffing including office, janitorial, gardening staff, and contractors.
2. Ensure the Estate is kept to a high standard.
3. Manage costs.
4. Ensure all legislation is up to date including fire and health and safety.
5. Oversee the upkeep of communal areas.
6. Manage services and contractors while communicating with the Board in relation to expenses and larger decision-making.
7. Manage the janitorial, gardening, and office staff.
8. Organize repairs and maintenance.
9. Attend Monthly Board Meetings and AGM.
10. Negotiate contracts for utilities.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
1. Excellent time management skills.
2. Efficient project management abilities.
3. Ability to liaise with directors on budgeting.
4. Full clean driving license.
Hours are 8.30 am to 3.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
